Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. Are There Other Shipping Restrictions?
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain countries.
- We ship using UPS. For some countries, we will use EMS.
- Usually, we don't support customers to specify the express way.
- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
- To ensure same-day delivery, order must be placed by 5pm EST.
- Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from CryptoMinerEX (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, CryptoMinerEX will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
CryptoMinerEX will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Who Bears the Shipping Costs?
For repairs within the warranty period, CryptoMinerEX will cover the round-trip shipping costs. For repairs beyond the warranty period, the user is responsible for the shipping costs.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from CryptoMinerEX is 2 years from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 2 years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What If the Warranty Period Has Expired?
For products beyond the warranty period, we still offer repair services. However, you will be responsible for any repair service fees (if applicable) and the round-trip shipping costs.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who bought directly from CryptoMinerEX. Upon resale, warranty responsibility transfers to the reseller.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the signing date. All returned items must be in like-new condition, having undergone only minimal testing necessary to verify functionality, with all original tags, labels, and packaging included.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@cryptominerex.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Exchanges
We encourage you to consider an exchange as an alternative to a return if your mining machine has an issue.
You may exchange for the same model, or opt for a higher or lower model, with any price difference refunded or charged accordingly. Please note that exchanges for miners using a different algorithm (e.g., a Bitcoin miner for a Litecoin miner) are not supported.
The exchange process is similar to the return process, but with all the shipping costs covered by CryptoMinerEX.
Additionally, as a gesture of appreciation, you will receive a coupon equivalent to 10% of the total order value, redeemable on your next purchase.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
